Patience is also an action.

Many people are feeling blocked and unable to move forward. Their perception is that others are moving along reasonably well and quickly in comparison.

But you know what they say, comparison is the thief of joy.

Now is the time to watch your actions. People are coming to a very strong personal conclusion in their lives. We are either woke and trying to encourage others. Or we are awake, lying dormant in fear. Honestly, I don’t believe either is the best choice.

Well, Maya Lynne, if neither is the choice, what do you propose we do? Be patient. I don’t have all the answers, and that’s on purpose.

Most people continue to look to others for answers when they have them inside all along. It’s about going inward, in prayer and meditation, and earnestly asking God what you are supposed to do and then LISTEN. Be patient. The answers may not come immediately, but they will come when you are ready to receive them. You can’t receive until you believe in yourself and God’s favor to achieve.

Now, let me be clear, I am not religious, I am spiritual. I believe that God sent many prophets to help humanity during its greatest times of distress. But did we listen? No. Why? Because we didn’t want to believe they were who they claimed to be. We didn’t want to believe what was really going on.

For 5 years, I have been prophesying about this very moment. The need to diversify one’s purpose became apparent to me as I saw where the world was heading. And now, we are here. So, what now?

Go slow. We are energy fields, and the quicker we move, the quicker the energy moves. What we desire and need is to slow down collectively to calm the intense energy that seems to be perpetually gaining momentum.

Here are a few ideas on how to slow down and practice patience:

1. Reiki. I can’t tell you enough how this practice has saved my life. It has taught me to balance my energy, not quell it. Reiki is an energy resetter. I’m still a firecracker because I need that energy to survive; however, I am also filled with peace. If you’re unsure whether Reiki is effective, consider scheduling a remote Reiki session with me. As a certified Reiki practitioner, In 40 minutes, I will teach you a self-healing technique that I have spent time and patience perfecting for my own peace. One recorded session is all you need. I am here to provide you with the tools to heal yourself, not to heal you. I am not God.

2. Meditation. I am a terrible traditional meditator. Self-diagnosed with ADHD, I have a hard time physically sitting still for longer than a couple of minutes. Instead, I have taken to other forms of meditation, such as walking and painting in silence—no music, no screens, just me and my surroundings.

I finished my last painting meditation right before the 10/7 Full moon in Aries.

3. Breathwork. Breathwork can sound intimidating, but at its core, it’s a very healing practice, as it slows your heart rate by physically grounding you, allowing you to be more present.

All of these options don’t require a lot of time or effort. They merely require consistency and discipline to change your entire mental makeup. So if you really want to make a change, be patient with yourself because one day, much like me, you will WAKE UP and realize that you are not the same person you once were. In fact, you are better. You have grown. You have healed. And you’re ready for whatever comes your way because you are prepared to act now.

It’s the only way to save ourselves and our children.

Are there other ways that you can think of that would help others mentally align with themselves to make the best decisions and most progress for their lives? Please feel free to share. I’d love to hear about it.

LET’S HEAL OUR ENERGY CHILDREN SO WE CAN HEAL OUR CHILDREN.

SONG OF THE WEEK:

Children are called the future
Of an adult world
They are born, with spirits so innocent
'Til we teach them how to hate
Add to the world's confusion
We teach our kids rules
That we don't adhere to ourselves
Right or wrong, what examples can they take?
The people we learn from, forge the artists we become

Livin' in a world they didn't make
Livin' in a world that's filled with hate
Livin' in a world where grown ups break the rules (The future)
Livin' in a world they didn't make
Payin' for a lot of adult mistakes
How much of this madness can they take as children?

Children grow, to become our young adults
Problems of the world
They must learn how to confront
Doin' drugs, joinin' gangs to rebel
Colors show they belong, to the social override
'Cause they're livin' in a space, they feel out of place

Livin' in a world they didn't make
Livin' in a world that's filled with hate
Livin' in a world where grown ups break the rules (The future)
Livin' in a world they didn't make
Payin' for a lot of adult mistakes
How much of this madness can they take as children?
How much can they take?

Livin' in a world they did not make
Livin' in a world that's filled with hate
Livin' in a world where grown ups break the rules
(They're just) Livin' in a world they did not make
Payin' for a lot of adult mistakes
How much of this madness can they take as children?
How much can they take?

Children of the world
They're born so innocent
How much can they take?

Livin' in a world we didn't make (Save the babies)
Payin' for a lot of adult mistakes (Save the babies)
How much of this madness can we take?

This just in...
At least 5 people are dead, and 30 others wounded
After a gunman opened fire on a California School Playground
And then killed himself...
Apparently the gunman, armed with an automatic rifle
Shot the kids directly in...
