Full Moon in Taurus

I don’t think I could have said it better than I did on TikTok and Instagram, but here it goes! This Full Moon was all about grounding yourself, affirming yourself and glowing from the inside out.

Now how do you do this? Easy! I’m just kidding. It seems as if it’s becoming harder and harder to ground and grow in a world that wants you stuck in survival mode and separation. Here’s what I did:

Set Boundaries and Expecations

I put everybody on notice in my life. If I felt they were draining or exhibiting codependent or dominant energy towards me, I checked them and backed off. Sometimes, you have to talk and walk a bit tougher than you want to get the respect you deserve.

Practice Self-Care

When people get used to you being there for them, they begin to anticipate support consistently. That’s not my job. I always tell people, If you’re not my husband or children (both of which I do not have) then your expectations of my energy and time are subject to my availability, not yours.I was tired. I had just finished a major draft of a project and the releasing of this draft truly exhausted me. Sometimes, you have to go away, if you can, and for me, I could, so I did.

Allow Yourself To Glow

So many people say it is conceited to have a high sense of self when in all honesty, it’s quite healthy to be your biggest champion. What some may mistake for ego, you understand as shining your light and self-love. Your light will irritate their demons and remind them of where they are in their lives and what they are doing with their lives.

This Full Moon energy taught me to let go of people, places and spaces of comfort and in return choose growth through bravely moving through the unknown. And I love that for me.

What did you to for the Full Moon?
