Maya Lynne Robinson is an author, actress, intuitive guide, Reiki practitioner, and founder of Live in Truth Inc. Her work empowers individuals to reconnect with themselves through self-care, intuition, personal growth, and purpose-driven living.
A graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Performance, Maya has appeared in television, film, and theater productions, including roles on The Conners and The Unicorn. Before pursuing her creative and wellness work full-time, she spent more than a decade in Human Resources, helping individuals navigate career development, leadership, and personal transformation.
Drawing from her experiences in the corporate world, the entertainment industry, and holistic wellness, Maya created the MISS Method™ (Making Internal Spiritual Shifts), a framework designed to help people cultivate self-awareness, trust their intuition, and create meaningful change from the inside out.
Through coaching, workshops, retreats, Reiki sessions, and digital resources, Maya supports individuals who are seeking greater clarity, confidence, and alignment in their lives. Her approach blends practical action with self-reflection, encouraging readers to become active participants in their own growth and healing.
